Condition/Comments: We are unsure if this can is USBCOI 145 or 148 because of the ambiguity of the metallic and semi-metallic descriptions used in the reference. By visual alone, the can is more closely matched to 145, which is rated R10. 148 is rated R7. As for condition, it would be difficult to find one better. The can just gleams, including the lids, rims and seam. The top lid contains NMT %% statement.
