Condition/Comments: 4-1/4” diameter. Excellent condition (just some minor rim edge chipping) on this highly illustrative high-sided tip tray featuring cherubs from the heavens bestowing bottles of Terre Haute’s Radium brew upon what appear to upper crust Edwardian era diners and revelers. Radium was first isolated as an element in 1911 so this was obviously an attempt to associate Terre Haute with the latest technological and scientific developments, ill-conceived though it may seem today. We’ll bet those revelers are wearing lead powdered wigs too...
