Condition/Comments: Listed in the Test section of USBCII, this can could as likely be a regular issue can with a factory paint anomaly that resulted in a roughly textured white coat. In all other ways identical to production can 63-30, this can features 8 cities and is not rolled. It also has a batch or date code stamped on the bottom, indicating it was filled.
