Condition/Comments: Scarce instructional is the first iteration of this enamel gold design from Fox. Features the Certified OI panel text. Can is in very good condition with just some minor spotting. More apparent, however, is the faded red on the face. Rarity rating of R9 on grade and R6 off grade so tough no matter how you slice it! Dates to about 1937. Bottom opened. All original.
