It would be difficult to find a better example of this sign. The condition is exceptional. Not only is the face of the sign just about flawless, the border has even retained its original copper painted pattern—an unusual characteristic since it’s usually highly prone to tarnish, wear, or weathering on a sign intended to be used outdoors. There can be little doubt this one was never exposed to the elements and remains like new.
