Condition/Comments:  Here is another scarce West Coast private label instructional. Note that this is the scarcer “Pilsner Style” variant which is quite scarce as a clean indoor specimen. There’s a trace amount of spotting along the seam and below the top rim, but the face is just gorgeous! The USBCOI indicates a rarity rating of R8 for this can in this remarkable condition.
