Condition/Comments: Unique 1913 Architects Rendering of the expansion project of the White Eagle Brewing Company featuring the brewery, early automobiles, and a street scene. An important piece of Chicago architecture and brewery history. Hand sketched, penciled, and meticulously hand painted by Elling Tronnes, a renowned Chicago Artist for Fred E. Gatterdam, Chief Architect for the project. Professionally cleaned, de-acidified, restored and preserved by the renowned experts at Oppenheimer, Chicago. Nicely framed and behind non-glare conservation glass. See photos for in depth information including story by Fil Graff in the January, 1972 issue of the NABA Journal. Framed work is a little under 57 x 41 inches. Actual rendering is a bit under 40 x 30 inches inside the matting. This NABA LOT is eligible for reduced buyers premium to NABA Convention attendees.
