Condition/Comments: RARE withdrawn free flat with the Peoria Heights mandatory. Can looks very nice on the shelf, with some heavier spotting to the left of the face. Couple of small dings at the base. In addition to the withdrawn statement on the side panel, the top lid also carries a faintly visible tax statement. Bottom opened. All original.
