Condition/Comments: Early patents pending instructional.  Most of the West Coast instructionals were 2 Patents Others Pending.  Scattered humidity and rust on lower half of face of can; heavier towards seam. Rims have been polished or sanded. Overall display is very nice.  A graphically appealing and highly sought after opening instructions can.  Provenance back to the Garard collection. This label has been rated R9 in the USBCOI reference.
