Condition/Comments: One of the more unusual OI cans to be documented. While technically this is #734 in the OI book, it is so unique that the author dedicated an entire page just to this anomaly. In 2000, a find of 10 were unearthed, and the light orange on the can was found to have been perfectly, cleanly, and surgically changed to the brown as seen in the pictures. Nothing else on the can was affected which caused a lot of speculation as to whether it was a legit variation. While further investigation proved it wasn't, it is still a "must have" for any OI collector. All original and bottom opened. See brightly lit, oversized photos for a zoomed view of condition.
