Condition/Comments: 12-3/4”w x 9-1/2”h. The small regional brewery was in business for only about 15 years, opening in 1938, and produced very little advertising for this brand. The sign exhibits many scratches in the surface of the glass, a scratch on the reverse below the y in friendly, and a white foreign substance on the front. The silver foil backing appears to have been replaced and the frame is separating and askew, held together with masking tape around the outside edge. Luckily, the reverse painting is intact, and the frame is original to the piece, however flimsy it may appear. This could be a good candidate for restoration.
