Condition/Comments: Very high grade on this patents pending instructional. This is the second version of this label from Waldorf, this one having CANCO in quotes, and the U permit number in smaller type to distinguish it from its predecessor. Has only a couple of tiny scratches and shallow dings. Brilliant colors and wonderful finish on the silver paint.
