Condition/Comments: USBC 30-13 OI 24. This label is R9 when on-grade with only a few acknowledged to exist. Note the CB INC triangle below the mans arm. An early-1936 Patents Pending design. While this one does not rate as on-grade, it is not far off so is one of the finer specimens out there. It certainly displays beautifully and looks on-grade on the shelf since most of the blemishes are on the left side. The hardware could not be much brighter. Great example.
