Brewery: Haberle Congress Brwg Co., Syracuse, New York
Manufacturer/Plant: Continental Can Co.
Date of manufacture: circa 1950s
Canning Code: 48 - Patterson, NJ
Contents/Type: 12 oz
Condition/Comments: One bid gets all four cans! From left to right: USBC 51-4: Clean can with only minor issues in the form of tiny spots and darkened scratches. Bottom opened and all original. USBC 51-2: Excellent condition with clean metallic and vibrant colors. Was a mug from which the handle has been removed and a new top applied. USBC 50-23: Set can featuring cities. Can has some scattered spotting but bright colors and a good display. Was once a mug and has had handle removed and new top applied. USBC 50-32: Appears to be 50-32 as there is some red in the goose to the bottom left of the label. However, the remaining geese and ducks are silver. The pheasant on the fence post has red around its eye. Can displays nicely with just a spot on one of the geese, however the back has some heavier oxidation at the bottom near the rim and seam. Can has a rolled top flange and was a handled drinking mug. The handle has been removed but the top has remained open. See brightly lit photos.
