Condition/Comments: Tough Congress set can is clean with a few small areas of spotting evident in the photos. Looks better on display and in hand than it does in the studio. Rich teal and gold really pop with the black and white accents. All original. Provenance to the Gene Crane collection (and Jerry Wilshire Fulton before that?).
