Condition/Comments: Outstanding example of this circa 1938 instructional. Only marks of note are some very light scratches, mostly around the top half inch or so of the can. Excellent humidity-free paint quality. Lids may have been expertly removed/replaced for dent removal, perfectly done if so. Otherwise, all original.
