Condition/Comments: Rare cone in any condition - this version being the non-IRTP variation. While it may show some significant tarnish and moisture issues there is no heavy/unsightly oxidation or loss of color other than where the silver metallic has tarnished. The vivid blue and orange still do their thing to catch the eye. The only dings occur at the rims on the reverse.
