McSorley's Beer-Ale 1930s Serving Tray

Condition/Comments: Impressively illustrated design is signed by Walter Beach Humphrey, a renowned illustrator who also painted covers for the Saturday Evening Post, among others. His lifelike stye is akin to that of Norman Rockwell. In this work the card player is thirstily eyeballing a bottle of McSorley's as he successfully completes his game of solitaire. Face of the tray is outstanding, about near mint, while the rim exhibits some minor flaws. No notable dings or kinks so the display is excellent. 10-1/2 w x 13-3/4 h.
