Condition/Comments: Clean and graphic instructional that carries an R8 rarity rating in USBCOI. This variation lacks the NY license number in the distributor address. All original can is lightly aged, showing minute scattered blemishes, and displays very well. There is an area of thin paint coverage on the right side that appears to be a factory paint anomaly as opposed to having been caused by rubbing or polishing.
