Condition/Comments: USBC 103-8 OI 579. Outstanding example! This is the variation with yellow text and white shoreline with New York distributor info on the OI panel left of the seam. Has only small, light spots that are difficult to see amidst the blue patterned background. Definitely one of the nicer examples to have crossed our path. R8 rarity on-grade. Dates to about 1939.
