Condition/Comments: RARE New Jersey flat! Identical to USBCII pull tab 103-5 but this example is an all-original factory flat top! Shows a little tarnish that has darkened the white and some small marks but displays very well and is clean all around. A terrific example, this is the first we have had the opportunity to offer!
