Condition/Comments: Excellent IRTP version of this Cleveland cone. Paint surface is wonderful and colors are bold and beautiful. Metallic is nearly humidity free. Only thing to note is some bubbly ink coverage in the red and white of O.C and the banner where bubbles in the ink have popped, exposing the metal beneath. All original.
