Condition/Comments: A rare foam scraper or frother. Beatiful gold on red. These were used in bars to scrape the foam off mugs of beer before handing over. Eventually they were banned as this was an ideal method of transferring/spreading germs and undesirables. About 9 x 1 inch. All original. See brightly lit photos.
