Condition/Comments: Excellent condition with bright, rich blue that will take your breath away. Circa 1939 instructional carries an R8 rarity rating. Note the Interstate mandatory. There are a couple of small spots but they do not detract. Can is super shiny. The top lid and rims have been cleaned. Provenance to the Stark collection. All original.
