Condition/Comments: Rare TOC! Condition is excellent and the visual appeal is high. Very clean piece. No cracks in the celluloid covering or kinks in the metal. Niggles would be some oxidation on the metallic backing panel but some slight clouding of the celluloid helps to obscure that without calling attention to itself. Very nice! 11 w x 6 h.
