Condition/Comments: USBC 136-32 USBCOI 776. The silver is evenly tarnished on the front so it does not blatantly appear to be degraded when on display. The right side has only intermittent humidity so it is more obvious. There are few other blemishes and the finish is still smooth to the touch. This variant has the IRTP statement.
