Condition/Comments: White version of this instructional that has some obvious yellowing. Otherwise, the paint is smooth and exceptionally clean. Because of the yellowing it is difficult to tell whether this is USBCOI 812 or 813. In either case, it is an all original and rare circa 1940 can that is rated R9.
