Comments/description: USBC 79-13 OI 37. Very early issue with Unknown permit and Patents Pending dates to mid-1936. Super condition. Some of the marks visible in the photos are surface grime or dirt and will clean off. Display is wonderful. Bright silver hardware. Note the cryptic stars and stripes vanity lid intact on top.
