Condition
NOTE: The head has been broken off and reattached with faint crack visible across the lower neck and along the hairline. The legs are also broken and repaired at the knees. A significant amount of the piece has been repainted, including the MILLER name plate at the bottom, the blue band of the sombrero, the tan flesh tone (note that the details on the face are on an original glossy yellow color), and likely more.
