Comments/description: Incredibly unusual bottle contained a medicinal tonic that combined beef, probably a liquid stock or broth, possibly a bullion-like powder, with barley and hops (and pepsin)! In essence, a protein-infused beer. It does not state whether the concoction was carbonated or not, merely that it MAKES BLOOD AND MUSCLE. A very early paper label with terrific imagery of a steer surrounded by hops and barley. Very cool! All items are original unless otherwise noted.
