Comments/description: Excellent example of this groundbreaking label. One of the first salesman sample cans produced by American Can Co, it featured a lushly illustrated drinking scene and opening instructions on the reverse. This can was factory-issued as a drinking cup with a rolled lip for a smooth-edged drinking surface. Condition is outstanding, about near mint, with just a hint of foxing visible on the right side when angled to the light. Extremely popular. All items are original unless otherwise noted. Cans may have minor canning dings at the rims that are not evident in photos. Larger dings that do not show will be noted in the item description. A thin black vertical reflection may show on some can photos.
