Comments/description: Excellent example of this groundbreaking label. One of the first salesman sample cans produced by American Can Co, it featured a lushly illustrated drinking scene and opening instructions on the reverse. This can was originally factory-issued as a drinking cup with a rolled flange and no top. This example has had a top lid added. The can is now air-sealed and is standard height. Condition is excellent with just some light surface wear and a pair of hairline scratches on the right side. All items are original unless otherwise noted. For questions, feedback, or to sell a similar item contact Dan via email.
Cans may have minor canning dings at the rims that are not evident in photos. Larger dings that do not show will be noted in the item description. A thin black vertical reflection may show on some can photos.
