Comments/description: A portion of the proceeds from this lot will be donated to NABA. Rare cone top version of this 1950s label. Something of a sleeper; the flat top variants are so much more numerous that it is easy to group this can in with them, which is a big mistake. Condition is very good to excellent, and the can is clearly an above-average indoor example. Its most notable imperfection is tarnish in the gold yet a lot of clear reflective metallic still shines. The enamel portion of the label is quite nice, with only minimal aging. There is a ding near the base of the seam below PALE on the left side that does not show well in the photos.
