Brewer/Business Name: Boston Beer Company, Boston, Massachusetts
Manufacturer/Plant: Unknown
Date of manufacture: Pre-Prohibition
Contents/Type: n/a
Dimensions: 2 w x 3-1/2 h.
Comments/description: Unusual in that this piece is constructed of cardboard whereas most similar items of the period were made of celluloid and, thus, lasted longer. While this piece was intended for baseball, it does note on the reverse that it can also be used for most any card game as well. Undated and no manufacturer. Some creasing of the cardboard and scoring side has pencil writing. Scarce and high grade. All items are original unless otherwise noted.
