Possibly repaired in the blue. Center of insert exhibits a different texture and color variations than the surrounding blue and lacks the usual shiny surface associated with enamel inserts. However, this may also be due to the pattern of wear. Difficult to discern. Displays well. Maroon ball is split at the stem and has a couple of small chips around the edge.
