Comments/description: The marketing blitz was on for Croft in 1939 when they mailed this promotional piece to retailers highlighting the myriad display opportunities coming in the spring of 1940. WWII was just under way in Europe so wartime themes and terminology like Spring Offensive were sure to grab attention. Whether each of the pieces offered were produced as shown is unknown, but it would be fabulous to display this poster alongside any in your collection. The back bar signs and flasher display with the quart cone are particularly intriguing! Condition of the poster is quite nice, with no tears and an excellent presentation. Both sides have all imprints intact and there is no writing or creasing other than intended fold lines. There are a few splits along some of the folds and there is staining on the blank outer wrap panel and mailing address panel. Nice piece! All items are original unless otherwise noted.
