Brewer/Business Name: Dawsons Brewery, New Bedford, Massachusetts
Manufacturer/Plant: Continental Can Co.
Date of manufacture: circa 1940s
USBC reference: 159-1 Contents/Type: 12 oz
Dimensions: 2-3/4 w x 5 h.
Comments/description: Quality example of this warm, colorful label. Most of the can shine nicely with its original smooth finish and the best side displays very well with just a couple of small canning dings and the tiny marks shown. The opposite has a band of heavier humidity that is rough to the touch. An excellent shelf can. All items are original unless otherwise noted. Cans may have minor canning dings at the rims that are not evident in photos. Larger dings that do not show will be noted in the item description. A thin black vertical reflection may show on some can photos.
