Production resulted in some unusual paint adhesion issues visible in both the gold and white. The finish of the former is uneven in that some of the areas have a rougher texture while others are the smooth, even intended finish; the latter has numerous tiny silver specks showing through, as if the ink was too thin or there was something on the surface that prevented proper even coverage. This is sort of a niggle as the presentation is still excellent when viewed from the shelf, though these traits may not be fully evident in the photos. Would be extremely difficult ever to upgrade.
