Comments/description: It is difficult to tell whether the rower is there to protect others from approaching the falls or if he needs a life saver himself as, despite, rowing against the current, looks like he is about to go over the falls. Dressed in uniform, perhaps he is stationed at the small building in the foreground, to prevent the former from happening. Certainly, the LIFE SAVER term has double meaning, since it can be applied to Falls City Lager Beer. A tiny 887 at 6-o-clock. All items are original unless otherwise noted. Tray has wear and oxidation to both the metal and paint as shown. Heaviest around the rim edge. Very decent display.
