Comments/description: Very rare, the ONLY example of which we are aware. This metal-faced stacked/compressed paper sign has just 3 layers of paper laminate behind it compared to the 7 layers on similar-type signs from Kirby-Coggeshall. The metal facade, however, is thicker, smoother, and more rigid than that on the K-C signs, allowing for much nicer reproduction and a finer finished look. This one is in fine condition with most of the imprint still very strong. Weaker areas are easy to see in the lower left red and blue. Still displays very well.
