Comments/description: Very rare large-scale display mug features amazing graphics on the label which is printed on the back of an inset glass panel adhered to the mug, effectively sandwiching it and protecting it between two layers of glass. Boldly designed and colored, it also includes brilliant metallic gold foil trim/accents that really make it pop. This exceptional piece is likely unique and can trace its provenance to the stunning 30-year collection of former UPS president Ron Wallace which was auctioned in 2009, making this just the second time it has hit the market in over 40 years! Do not miss this rare opportunity. Condition is excellent as shown, with some staining and darkening noticeable on the left and right edges and a light bruise/crack visible at top left on the rim. There are also some negligible tiny flecks off the sharp inner and outer rim edges that may not be evident in the photos as they are so small. Manufactured by W. T. Murphy & Co. of New York.
