This oversized tray from Novelty Adevrtising measures 14-1/4 in diameter and features a recessed groove around the face at the base of the rim. Even though the main artwork of a raised hand with glass in in black and white, the tray is very colorful with vivid yellow and red against black. Excellent condition with few signs of age or wear.
