Comments/description: Scarce label, very difficult to find this clean. Note the NOT OVER 3.2% stamp on the bottom lid. Has a smooth-as-glass finish despite some areas of under-the-paint humidity and early-stage oxidation on the right side. Some small scratches, nicks, and abrasions can be found throughout but none are overly distracting and most are difficult to detect from even a short display distance. We are unsure of the cause of the lighter areas in the blue so chalk them up to a production anomaly as there is no indication of scouring, paintover, foreign substance, or other manipulation. There are some very minor/shallow ripples and indents around the can, with most located near the rims. Good to very good condition, and would be difficult to upgrade. Cans may have minor canning dings at the rims that are not evident in photos. Larger dings that do not show will be noted in the item description. A thin black vertical reflection may show on some can photos.
