Comments/description: A portion of the proceeds from this lot will be donated to NABA. Cool original find is this small metallic red-white-blue TOC in its original paper wrap, enclosed within 1940-dated newspaper page. A few were found in this very same state and condition in an abandoned warehouse attic in Helena, Montana, many years ago. The consignor acquired this sign from the person who originally found them. Near mint NOS with a few tiny dings on the face and bevel that may not show in the photos. Manufactured by Permanent Sign & Display Co. Incredible provenance and condition.
