Brewer/Business Name: Multiple brewers, Willimansett, Massachusetts
Manufacturer/Plant: American Can Co.
Date of manufacture: circa 1950s
Canning Code: n/a
USBC reference: USBCOI reference: Contents/Type: 12 oz
Dimensions: 2-3/4 w x 5 h.
Comments/description: Three Hampden labels include 1940s IRTP variant 79-33 from Hampden, 1950s L79-34 variation with unlisted Hampden-Harvard mandatory, and 1960s aluminum soft top flat top 79-36 from Hampden-Harvard with metallic silver trim. The 1950s flat is the real winner in this lot, with the best condition and likely the scarcest with its H-H mandatory. We find the Ale label is more common with a Hampden mandatory - the opposite of what USBC has for its red Beer mate. Please review the photos carefully for best assessment of condition and design details. All items are original unless otherwise noted. Condition

Cans may have minor canning and handling dings at the rims that are not evident in photos. Please review photos carefully for these subtle indents. Larger dings that do not show and those in other locations will be noted in the item description.
