Litho is very clean with only an occasional nick or spot. Largest blemish is flaked paint on the yellow banner at 9-o-clock on the rim. Tray has a dull sheen rather than factory shine, though the surface is not oxidized. It does not appear to be coated. Not visible in the photos is wrinkling and a horizontal crease at 9-o-clock that extends about 3 inches onto the face of the tray.
