Comments/description: A portion of the proceeds from this lot will be donated to BCCA. Dark gray version with three patent numbers. Dates to the late 1940s and carries a 44A D canning code. Surface is slightly rough and gray is darker than usual due to light under-the-paint humidity/tarnish throughout. Some fade to the red as well. Minimal wear, just a small indent at lower right that does not show well here and minor scratches. Very good to excellent display. All items are original unless otherwise noted.
