Comments/description: Crate has been varnished or otherwise clear-coated so it has a nice sheen and patina rather than the look of dry 85-year-old wood. It is loaded with tax and revenue references that include multiple Illinois and Missouri Liquor Control stamps and an IRTP statement imprinted into the wood itself Manufactured by Columbia Box Company of St. Louis.
