Comments/description: Interesting variation displaying a small black banner below the front oval, most likely added to overprint or obscure text that was later determined to be undesirable or unnecessary. Condition is very good, with obvious spotting and small scratched areas, while the color remains excellent. A small ripple on the first E of KUEBLER on the front does not show well in the photos.
