Difficult to discern in photos, but the central art on this chromed piece is the U.S. Capitol building within a diamond shape. It is flanked by hops and barley. There is not a lot of contrast to separate the engraving/casting from the background because the smooth, shiny areas show wear and scratching, and have dulled a little from oxidation. Tray looks more impressive in-hand when it can be angled to the light and accentuate the detail. All items are original unless otherwise noted.
