Comments/description: A portion of the proceeds from this lot will be donated to BCCA. Difficult to discern in photos, but the central art on this chromed piece is the U.S. Capitol building within a diamond shape. It is flanked by hops and barley. There is not a lot of contrast to separate the engraving/casting from the background because the smooth, shiny areas show wear and scratching, and have dulled a little from oxidation. Tray looks more impressive in-hand when it can be angled to the light and accentuate the detail. All items are original unless otherwise noted.
